Does it really work offline?
Yes. After the one-time model download, OnBoard AI runs entirely on your device and needs no connection. Turn on airplane mode and it keeps working.
Where is my data stored?
On your device, only. Conversations are held in memory and cleared when you quit or tap Clear. Nothing is sent to us or to any data center. See our Privacy Policy.
Why does the app download something on first launch?
It downloads the AI model once so it can run locally afterward. After that, no connection is required to use it.
Is there a subscription?
No. OnBoard AI is a one-time purchase with no subscription, no recurring fees, and no usage limits.
What devices are supported?
OnBoard AI runs on recent, capable devices with enough memory to run on-device AI. Check the store listing for your platform's current requirements.
How do I get a refund?
Purchases are handled by the App Store, Google Play, or your purchase provider, so refunds go through them under their refund policies. If something isn't working, email us first — we're happy to help.
Do the web search and Wikipedia features send my data anywhere?
Only when you choose to use them. A search sends just that query to the search provider to return results; it's never routed through us. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
